Lexus provides Safety Connect services that can provide assistance directly to your vehicle's exact GPS location. It’s never easy to think about the unexpected, but you can enjoy added reassurance knowing that Lexus is always looking out for you.

Enhanced Roadside Assistance
ENHANCED ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

If your vehicle has a flat tire, has run out of fuel, needs to be towed or requires a jump-start, assistance can be sent directly to your vehicle's location -- with a simple press of the Emergency Assistance button (SOS).

Stolen Vehicle Locator
STOLEN VEHICLE LOCATOR

By using Safety Connect’s embedded cellular and GPS technology, your vehicle can be recovered quickly following a theft, minimizing the amount of damage incurred. Once a police report is filed, the Safety Connect Response Center can coordinate with law enforcement to help track and recover your stolen vehicle.

Emergency Assistance Button (SOS)
EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE BUTTON (SOS)

In any urgent situation where help is required, such as a medical emergency or traffic accident, you can speak to a 24-hour Safety Connect response center agent with a single press of the Emergency Assistance Button (SOS). This agent can stay on the line with you until help arrives while sending emergency assistance to your vehicle's location.

Automatic Collision Notification
AUTOMATIC COLLISION NOTIFICATION

Following airbag deployment in an accident or severe rear-end collision, you'll be automatically connected to a Lexus Safety Connect response center agent. After attempting to contact the vehicle occupants, the agent will notify local emergency services of the situation and dispatch them to your vehicle's location.

Vehicle Health Report
VEHICLE HEALTH REPORT

Check the status of your vehicle’s health on your desktop, tablet, or phone by visiting Lexus.com or using the Lexus mobile app. Included in this report is key vehicle health information such as smart key battery status, engine oil quantity, fuel level, vehicle mileage, and more.

LEXUS REMOTE FEATURES

The Lexus mobile app allows you to stay closely connected to your Lexus, no matter how far away you are. With several helpful functions, the Lexus app is designed to give you unparalleled access to your vehicle.

Door Lock/Unlock
DOOR LOCK/UNLOCK

Remotely lock and unlock your doors and receive confirmation if the action was successful. Should you unlock your Lexus remotely, the doors will automatically relock after 30 seconds if no further action takes place.

Engine Start/Stop
ENGINE START/STOP

Cool down or warm up the interior based on the last climate-control settings via the remote engine start/stop function. The engine or hybrid system will continue to run for up to 10 minutes or until the brakes are pressed, any door is opened, or the engine is turned off remotely.

Vehicle Finder
VEHICLE FINDER

Monitor the exact location of your Lexus. The Vehicle Finder helps locate your vehicle on the street or in an uncovered parking lot. It can help guide you to your vehicle's last known parked location, using the map on your smartphone.

Lexus Navigation

DESTINATIONS

Get directions and destinations provided by a real person with 24-hour, on-the-go navigation assistance. Find the best route to a specific address or point of interest. Should you search for a restaurant, the agent can help you narrow your choices by distance or type of cuisine, and remotely send the destination to your Lexus Navigation System.

*Roadside Assistance coverage is for 48 months from your vehicle's in-service date, regardless of mileage. Coverage is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for vehicles operated in the continental U.S. and Canada. Assistance is administered through the American Automobile Association. *Information provided is based on the last time data was collected from the vehicle and may not be up to date. System functionality depends on vehicle connectivity.
